Maxcy Development Group is the real estate development division of the Latt Maxcy Corporation, one of the state's largest landholders. Latt Maxcy is a fourth-generation family enterprise with deep roots in Central Florida ranching, cattle, citrus, banking and real estate development. Three generations of family continue to be involved in the day-to-day operations.
