Harry Lerner

As President and founder of Maxcy Development Group, Harry Lerner brings more than 25 years of real estate experience and knowledge of the Central Florida market to all Maxcy Development Group projects.

For the last 25 years, with extraordinary depth in project management, restructuring and asset management, planning, permitting, acquisitions, finance and marketing, Mr. Lerner has developed a track record for achieving maximum value in land development through a comprehensive approach to development. Prior to Maxcy Development Group, Mr. Lerner founded Westshore Development Group which provided project management and consulting services to Latt Maxcy Corporation, Mobley Homes, Terrabrook Communities, Atlantic Gulf Communities, and the Van Kampen Fund, a division of Morgan Stanley. Before Westshore, Mr. Lerner spent 10 years with Atlantic Gulf Communities Corporation where he managed the Tampa development operations which included West Meadows in New Tampa, and Mira Bay and Rivercrest in South Hillsborough County.

Mr. Lerner has a Bachelors in Economics and a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning, both from Florida State University. He has served on the Executive Committee of the Urban Land Institute, Tampa Bay, active in the AFCD, International Conference for Shopping Centers and the Tampa Bay Homebuilders Association.

F. Hood Craddock

Mr. Craddock serves a dual role as President of the Latt Maxcy Corporation and Chief Financial Officer of Maxcy Development Group. In this capacity, he oversees the financing and placement of equity for all development and income projects. Mr. Craddock brings extensive knowledge of project financing including bank financing, joint ventures and mezzanine financing.

Mr. Craddock has been with the Latt Maxcy Corporation since 1992. As President, he negotiated the sale of 73,000 acres of ranch lands and planned and negotiated all aspects of more than $60 million in real estate acquisitions. Transactions included outright purchases, joint ventures for development and build-to-suit agreements financed through a combination of bank and insurance company debt. A former Partner with international accounting firm KPMG Peat Marwick, Mr. Craddock has extensive experience in tax planning for privately held companies in the area of real estate, banking, manufacturing and trucking.

Mr. Craddock graduated from the University of Alabama in 1979 with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s, the Florida Institute of CPA’s, Florida Land Council and a member and past president of the Rotary Club of Frostproof. Mr. Craddock sits on the Board of Directors of Citizens Bank and is a member of its loan committee and audit committee.

John Blakley

As President of Maxcy Development Group Realty, Mr. Blakley oversees all Marketing, Sales and Leasing activities for Maxcy Development Group projects and properties.

Mr. Blakley brings more than 25 years of real estate marketing and sales experience to Maxcy Development Group Realty, with a concentration on launching and overseeing the marketing and sales execution of master planned communities. Mr. Blakley served as President of East Lake Woodlands in Oldsmar, Florida, where he was responsible for the sales and marketing of the 2,000-acre country club community. He served as Vice-President of Sales and Marketing for Markborough Corporation, the developer of Hunters Green, an award winning 2,000-acre master planned community located in New Tampa, Florida. And subsequently, he served as Vice-President and General Manager of Arbor Greene, a 600-acre master planned community, also in New Tampa. During John's tenure, both Hunters Green and Arbor Greene were recognized as the top master planned communities in the Southeast by the Southeast Builder's Conference. Furthermore, John has consulted on projects such as Parkshore Plaza in St. Petersburg, Florida and The Founders Club in Sarasota, Florida. He has lead sales organizations that have marketed nearly $1 billion worth of real estate. He is a graduate of West Virginia University and a Florida Real Estate Broker.

Robert Bishop

As Vice President of Development, Mr. Bishop joined Maxcy Development Group in 2003 and oversees all aspects of horizontal and vertical construction and development activities.

As a Project Manager for Metro Boston Group of Cambridge Mass, he implemented the site work for many infrastructure projects throughout the Boston area, including numerous MBTA Stations, Logan Airport and the Marriott Copley of Boston. In 1991, Mr. Bishop transferred to Florida with the Conduit Foundation Corporation of Orlando, and worked as Project Manager on the $150 million Cape Coral wastewater system and the $35 million Florida Turnpike Toll Plaza restoration. In 1996, Bob worked as Project Manager for Garden Homes of New Jersey, and on the development of 750 acres in the New Tampa area. This included the community infrastructure and overseeing the construction of two major apartment complexes.

Originally from South Portland, Maine, Mr. Bishop graduated from Nathanial Hawthorne College of New Hampshire with a B.A. in Business. He has since become a General Contractor, and has more than 25 years of major construction project experience.

David A. Miller

As General Counsel for Latt Maxcy Corporation, Mr. Miller oversees and administers all legal matters for Latt Maxcy Corporation and provides counsel for Latt Maxcy's agriculture, business, finance, and real estate transactions.

Mr. Miller has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Auburn University, a Master of Business Administration from Wake Forest University, and a Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University. He is a member of the Florida Bar, North Carolina State Bar, and North Carolina Bar Association.

Hunter Jones

As a Director of Maxcy Development Group, Hunter is responsible for a wide range of activities for MDG’s Real Estate and Workout/Advisory Services. Responsibilities include financial modeling and analysis, due diligence for single and multi-use projects and monitoring the company’s asset management responsibilities. Hunter also oversees the preparation of asset reviews and provides support for developing workout strategies, negotiations and the debt restructuring process.

Hunter is a native Floridian and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree with majors in Finance and Real Estate. He currently serves as Chair of the Young Leaders Group ULI Tampa Bay District Council. He was appointed by the Tampa City Council to serve on the Channel District’s Community Redevelopment Agency Citizens Advisory Board. He is also active in the Tampa Downtown Partnership and the International Council of Shopping Centers and is a licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate.

Michael Dady

Mike Dady brings over 20 years experience in residential and commercial real estate to Maxcy Development Group. He has acquired, entitled and developed approximately 9,000 homesites in Florida with a value of over $150,000,000. Mr. Dady has experience working with almost every regulatory agency including local government and state and federal agencies. Entitlement experience includes: Development of Regional Impacts (DRI’s) and modifications; zoning and comprehensive plan amendments; construction plan approvals, CDD formation and management; and environmental permitting. He has worked for some of the largest developers and builders in the state including General Development Corporation, Atlantic Gulf Communities, Westbrook Partners (Terrebrook), Lennar Homes/US Homes and Taylor Woodrow/Morrison Homes. In his capacity he gained extensive success managing various project aspects and entitling some of the largest mixed-use and residential projects in the state of Florida including Julington Creek Plantation, Aberdeen and Durbin Crossing in Jacksonville, Mira Bay and Connerton in Tampa, West Bay Club in Bonita Bay and various developments for homebuilding operations in Orlando, Palm Beach, Fort Myers, Tampa and Jacksonville markets.

David Jae

As Financial Analyst for Maxcy Development Group, David's daily responsibilities include accounting, budgeting, leasing and due diligence associated with asset management. In addition, David assists in preparing financial models for Maxcy Development Group's real estate undertakings.

David is a native Floridian attending Jesuit High School in Tampa before graduating from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University with a degree in finance and economics. Currently, David is a member with the Urban Land Institute.

James Glenn Marvin

Glenn Marvin brings over thirty years of real estate experience to Maxcy Development Group, with extensive experience in planning, engineering, community development, permitting, construction for residential/commercial developments and HOA and CDD governance. He is especially skilled at large scale planned developments and (or) mixed use project management. Glenn provided project management and development oversight at many of Northeast Florida’s largest developments including the Flagler Center, Julington Creek Plantation and Argyle Forest in Jacksonville. He also successfully navigated complex government permitting processes and other land use approvals including Development of Regional Impacts (DRI’s) and Development Agreements with local governments throughout Florida.
