A 423.5 acre Master Planned Community with a mix of residential and commercial, located in Clermont, Lake County, FL. Lost Lake benefits from Clermont's tremendous growth as a bedroom community of the Orlando market. Clermont is located only 30 minutes west of downtown Orlando and less than 30 minutes north of Disney World. - An 11 acre City Park, located along the edge of Lake Felter, that includes ball fields, tennis courts and basketball courts; a passive park around Eagle Lake; and, a linear park along Citrus Tower Boulevard from John's Lake Road north to Steves Road.

- Sun Dance Apartments, 300 units completed in 2003 on Tract D.
- Super Wal-Mart, completed in January, 2006 on Tract K.
- More than 170 developed lots have been delivered to Lennar Homes on Tracts F, E and B, with homes starting at $350,000.
- 36 lots delivered to Lawson Estate Homes in February, 2006 with home prices ranging from $500,000 to $1 million.
- Professional Village – Phase I, 14 individual buildings consisting
of 50,000 sq. ft. were sold to tenants and investors and located on Tract
H. Office space available for lease or sale.
