A 65-acre mixed use development located in the southwest quadrant of US Highway 301 and Gibsonton Road located in Tampa, Hillsborough County, Florida. Riverview is located in the southeast part of the county in an area that is one of the fastest growing corridors and strongest submarkets in the Tampa Metropolitan Area. In 2005, this sub-market accounted for over 5,000 residential housing starts representing almost 25% of the region's residential growth. Strategically located at the intersection of US 301 and Gibsonton Road, the Riverview Towncentre site benefits from the area's growth to the south on US 301 and to the west on Boyette leading to the region's fastest growing community, Fish Hawk Ranch.

Riverview Towncentre is unique since it is one of the few, of any size, available for commercial development between US 301 and Interstate 75. Boasting 770 feet of frontage along Gibsonton Road and 670 feet of frontage along US 301, ingress and egress to the site is already assured with easy access in all directions along both Gibsonton Road and US 301. Additional immediate plans call for: a 4-lane expansion of US 301 from Gibsonton & Boyette Roads south to Big Bend with future 6-laning; a 6-lane addition to Gibsonton/Boyette from US 301 to Balm Riverview Road and 4-laning from Balm/Riverview to Fish Hawk. Additionally, as part of the Riverview Towncentre project, traffic relief will be realized with the planned north-south road extending south from Gibsonton to Big Bend Road running parallel with US 301 and Interstate 75.

Riverview Towncentre is a mixed-use development anchored by Lowe's Home Improvement Super Center and development plans include an additional 200,000 sq. ft. of retail shopping, restaurants and professional office parks.
