The Vista at Lost Lake

The Vista is a 276-unit garden style apartment complex located on Citrus Tower Blvd. just north of Johns Lake Road in Clermont, FL. Over the past several years, Clermont has experienced tremendous growth as a bedroom community of the Orlando market. Clermont is conveniently located just 30 minutes west of downtown Orlando and less than 30 minutes north of Disney World. The project is part of Maxcy Development Group's Lost Lake Reserve, a 423.5 acre Master Planned Community.

Winter Park Construction completed construction of the final building in December of 2007. Currently, The Vista is in the lease-up phase and is expected to reach stabilization in late 2008. Management and Leasing services are provided through a joint-venture with Epoch Properties.
